Welcome in cottage KUST1. This cottage is located 200 meters from the beach and you can walk in 5 minutes to the centre of Egmond aan Zee.

The cottage has a nice outdoor area. Facilities KUST1: The cottage has a large living room with lots of daylight, a tv corner and comfortable sofa and a dining table. Fully equipped kitchen. Badroom with shower, toilet and sink. Two large bedrooms: - Room 1 has a double bed and a wardrobe - Room 2 is located in the basement and has 3 single beds. There is also an extra baby bed and children chair. Prices KUST1 Friday till Friday

High season  €800,-   Mid season €595,-   Low season €350,-

Prices are include: heating, water and Electricity, clean towels and linen, parking card for 1 car, WiFi internet.

Prices do not include: Tourist tax €1,80 p.p.p.n (children under 4 years of age are free)

It is also possible to book KUST1 for min 3 nights, only in Low season!!

Huisje aan de kust 1

Een fijn sfeervol ingericht huisje en buitenverblijf op een goede gelegen locatie nabij de kust. Zeer vriendelijken en gastvrije eigenaren die meteen voor je klaar staan al er iets is. Leuk ngerichte benedenverdieping, vooral leuk voor de kinderen. Er is alles wat je nodig hebt voor een ontspannen verblijf in Egmond.

De douche en toiletruimte wat krap wat onhandig uit stappen uit douchebak 'm.n. als je wat ouder bent of slechter ter been. De ruimtes naast 2 persoonsbed wat smal en ook in dit kader is het leuke smalle trappetje van boomstammetjes naar ruimte beneden wat lastiger begaan. Voor jongeren geen probleem. ;). Mijn partner is wat slechter ter been en ik had toevallig wat rugklachten daarom vielen deze zaken ook extra op voor ons.

Geweldige locatie, vlak bij de duinen en het strand. ideaal voor de kids en de hond. Een erg leuk huis, helemaal in strand sfeer ingericht. Warm welkom met koffie, thee en bloemen. Ondanks het tegenvallende weer hebben we ons prima vermaakt in de duinen en aan het strand.
